I've been purchasing insurance for my automobiles,home, and business for over 50years and never have I experienced such incompetence as I have experienced with your company and office. Approximately five years ago my brother added me on to his policy as a driver. The following year the renewal wrote me in as a co-owner of the policy. .of your own doing. We asked you to straighten it out and it never happened. Two years later the listed automobile was sold and we again asked your office to make the appropriate measures. Last April I receive a renewal for the vehicle that was sold two years previous and were told by your office that it was taken care of. Again we contacted your office and we were again told it was taken care of. Now I have received a collection notice stating that I owe Liberty Mutual for a vehicle that was sold two years ago on a policy that was never approved or signed for by me. It is painfully obvious that the emus are running the operation . Giving you one star was the only way I could get to post this. You don't deserve that. Thank you for the aggrevation John V Novi

Horrible!! Agents are unprofessional, dont return calls or emails. I ended my policies with them and ended up saving $325 a month! Run, dont walk to a different agency
