        My favorite box to drop into when Im in CT! Everyone there is always so welcoming, programming is great with options for every fitness level, and coaches are attentive and informed. Its very much my home gym away from home gym.

        Tobi is running a great gym. He ensures strong COVID protections with masks, safe distancing, clean equipment, temperature taking and appropriate exercises to keep distancing. AND, he ensures we have a thorough workout, warm up according to muscles that we will use in WOD and diverse workouts to ensure we don't just work on one set of muscles. He is also a really supportive and helpful coach. He helps you from where you are and given what you can do. Never pushing you beyond what you are capable of...but really encouraging of every one of us. Thanks Tobi!

        033 is an amazing community! Everyone is so welcoming, and the coaches and the members encourage you before, during, and after workouts. The coaches are great and offer so many scales to get you to be fitter. Love it!
