        Things went very smoothly and were well handled. The only drawback in the process was the inability to electronically deposit the proceeds of the sale to an existing account or bank outside of Glastonbury. We had to set up a new account and chose the wrong institution: American Eagle Credit Union. Overall, we were very pleased with Austin and supporting staff. They were very competent and responsive as a supporting team for us. Thank you!

      Hi Cheryl, not wiring or electronically depositing money into personal accounts is part of the “Best Practices” guide we follow in accordance with industry standards. There is just too much fraud and abuse in electronic transfers, so we limit them to mortgage payoffs, where the lender required them. Many firms will not even do that anymore. Sorry it caused you any inconvenience, but from our point, we would rather inconvenience you a little, then do an electronic transfer and have it intercepted by fraud.
