        This is a great place to be. It's close to everything in a great area and relatively affordable. The real selling point, however, is the property manager, Bruce. He's so kind and thoughtful. My family and I lived here for a little less than a year between houses. He made both transitions so seamless and stress free. He went above and beyond helping us sublet before the lease was up so we could meet our new mortgage timelines!

        Bruce is the best! I left my house of 20 years this summer. I was downsizing to an apartment. Not only was he extremely personable and knowledgeable, but also very kind hearted. He always stops to say hello and chat and asks how everything is. When I needed maintenance to come to my apartment, Bruce was always right on it. I feel secure knowing I have Bruce to go to if I need anything.
