        I purchased over $500 worth of clothes for Christmas gifts. The staff was great at the time. My son and daughter in law needed to return two items. My son had no problem but my daughter in law was given a lot of flack about returning a shirt for cash. She was given the history of TB not having cash available for returns. It took two visits before she was given the cash (less than $150). I dont expect this type of customer service from TB especially since I paid with cash and was told my kids could get cash if they chose to return the clothes.

        We've been in the Tommy Bahamas store in the West Farms Mall twice in the past month for purchases. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. Jennifer, Pierce, and the store manager Kitzia could not be anymore of assistance helping us find the clothes we wanted to purchase and giving us honest opinions when we tried some clothes on. We both were treated like royalty and spoke like we were long term friends. Jennifer also pointed out a very good restaurant to eat at in the mall, which we have frequented twice. These people/sale associates, make the store, and we will continue to shop there whenever we go to the mall.
