Kids Foot Locker

Went here to find some sneakers that my nephew wanted for his birthday. Sadly I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Tammy, who I just recently learned was a manager. She was the only person working who wasnt helping another customer at the time so I walked up and asked her if they had the shoe in the size that I was looking for. Without hesitation she called over another associate (who was busy helping other customers) and proceeded to ask them if they could deal with me. She didnt even bother to look at or talk to me directly. I felt very uncomfortable and like I was just dismissed. Luckily the other busy associate was very helpful and kind and I wish I could remember their name now so I could give them the recognition they deserve. I truly feel so bad for any employee who works under her and am so disappointed that she is considered manager material for this store.. :(

My husband & I came here on Saturday to take our son School shopping and we had 2 women who assisted us whose names were Tammy, Envy and they were both extremely helpful, playful with our kids, patient, their service was 100%. My family and I will be shopping here more often! They also went above and beyond to order for us to make sure we got our size !

Service is worst. The girl I asked with some much of attitude she wont even here what I say and would respond as though m on the roof top. The other guy always on phone , seriously are they working???? If everything is meant to be on the shelf and we are supposed to get what is there. Why are they even paid for? To show attitude?? Such a worst experience. They need to hire people who know their job responsibilities and can be welcoming yo customer. WORST ATTITUDE!
