Had a job done in Sep 2022. They charged me $50 extra on top of what was agreed. There was no misunderstanding anywhere, big dude Nick just just wanted to take more money. I think I should go to Home Depot and also tell them that gimmick they pulled off with the water heater. I have the order number and invoice. That $50 will need to come back to my account one way or the other.

Mike and Nick from the office and Stephen the installer were all fantastic. Slight mistake was almost made with bringing the incorrect heater vs the one I ordered, but once we realized it, they had the right heater back to the house in under an hour. Installation went smoothly and the price was competitive. Scheduling was easy & flexible and some work that needed to be done to bring system up to code was quoted quickly upon arrival with full transparency. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Run from N&J Plumbing. Unfortunately, Lowe's and Home Depot use them as their installers in CT. Fight for someone else. On 8.15.23, their technician Dillon, wearing a shirt as Alex P., was rude, arrogant, sloppy, messy, insecure and overall unprofessional. Expect being insulted in your own home, and your house being dirty from greasy foot- and handprints, and your sheetrock and personal items being ruined by the solder splatter. I had to call their owner Nick Roppo to redirect the technician to do his work without moaning and complaining. Dillon was ready to walk out with the T&P discharge pipe set up to run into the drain pan! I was told by the owner that Dillon is his best technician. Well, I am afraid to see what the other "professionals" would look like if Dillon is the standard of excellence. Bottom line, run away from them. For $810.00 you would be insulted and would feel like your water heater is a ticking bomb because it might be sabotaged by the installer! PS The following day my washer didn't work. Dillon used it as a work bench. PPS Like someone in these reviews, they overcharged me by 30% on the permit fee.

Absolutely the best plumbers Ive worked with. Needed a water heater replaced and reached out 5 different companies before this one. This team was on time, has great communication and super knowledgeable. Staff were prepared and had no issue. 100% recommended.

They did a great job replacing a very old gas hot water heater at a property of mine. It got done very quickly and at a reasonable price!
