I want to thank the OAH in Farmington CT for doing such an amazing job with their Front desk Customer Service (AMAZING) respectful group of women. Dr Angela Cremins was such a professional and kind individual. This visit was 1000% much better than the Glastonbury office visit that I had week before and that I refused to have ANY service done on me due to the front desk worker in Glastonbury. She was Disrespectful and very rude. The Farmington office made me feel like I was a patient and not make me feel like bcse Im African American I can be disrespected and dont matter. If I had to recommend a location FARMINGTON IS IT!!!

The Doctors are amazing however the front desk staff are rude and have an attitude specially with minority patients.

Physical therapy department is a joke. I went there to heal a torn ligament in my thumb and for 3 weeks I was only seen for 20 minutes for each session. I paid out of pocket too!!!! All Kristen D did during my therapy session was heat my thumb and massage it. 20 min see you later, bring the next heard in. Complete waste of time. She knew I was out of work and needed to heal as fast as possible to return to work and gave me horrendous service. While my hand was heating up for my 2 min massage before I left all she would do was do here paper work on the computer. I went to select therapy and each session is almost 2 hours and great care and services. If you need a hand therapist go see Leslie at select therapy in Avon.

Prompt response to correct my shoulder discomfort. Great team. Mr Rabbit does not need an ice machine to cool off. Red a follow up appointment with Dr Lena.

Fantastic doctor and to the point diagnosis. Very clear in articulating what is the problem and the plan to fix it.
