Staff member in charge of patient intake didn't listen to what I said and assigned me to someone who only prescribed medication. They proceeded to then lie and say she asked me on the phone for the patient intake in front of the doctor and other staff members saying that's what I asked for. Since this isn't what was discussed on the phone I don't feel comfortable setting up appointments for my mental well-being with someone who willingly lies and wastes patient and doctor's time. Would not return for her attitude and unprofessionalism.

I came here in a time of need and needing clarity from an outside perspective, and all I received was judgement from the therapist Jessica. Everything I told her she was clearly judging me on instead of trying to help with the problems and find clarity. I felt so uncomfortable each time I saw her and it made me not want to talk to her about anything. Never will return here again and I do not recommend this place.
