        Tried on a bracelet on display in store and showed it to my husband. We decided to buy it and the sales clerk took a box out and when I asked her if that was the same bracelet she said yes. We  went home, opened box and it was a different bracelet. my husband, who saw the original bracelet on my wrist, went back to store the next day. The store manager told us the original bracelet I tried on never existed. They even took it out of the display area. We were stunned by this bold lie and asked for our money back. Will never go in that store again.

        Jessica was very nice, informative and patient. I was shopping for my girlfriend and Is 2 year anniversary and she was ready for anything I had to ask while allowing me to think for awhile and come back to confirm what I wanted. She made the trip worth while and my anniversary extra special. Will come back even for personal jewelry!
