Disrespectful and racist employee. I didnt hear clearly what she was saying during checkout, she started sniggering and making eye contact with a nearby employee to make fun of me. Also, when I walked into the store, the employees just stood there looking like they are super tired. They even looked at customers with unfriendly eyes, which made me so uncomfortable. This is really a terrible shopping experience. I hope Garage can improve their staff training to teach them how to respect a person, especially their customers, as this is their job.

One of the employees who interviewed my sister made the comment "oh and we don't sell plus size clothing". Her little statement wasn't necessary at all. Although, my sister felt disrespected as a plus sized woman and uncomfortable to even finish the interview, they missed out on a very hardworking young woman, who I know would have been a great asset to the team. However, I will still be making a visit to the store to speak with the manager.

My daughter was returning a skirt she had purchased one week earlier. The tag connector was still on it and she had the receipt. The actual tag fell off somewhere. Teens lose things. I was standing next to her and could see the product a few feet away from the counter. The manager was called to give her blessing on the return. I have never been treated so poorly. She glared at us for quite a while looking over the skirt. She told us she would make an exception just this one time. I can tell you we will shop at another location from now on.
