I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I was treated with such horrible service from Olivia H (the owners daughter REALLY cool I know trust me) and childish disrespect from Crystal.. last name unknown to be honest I think it was just Olivia H over the phone? To set the scene- Me and my bestie JILLIAN cancelled our reservation at burtons NA to come to our favorite and fun pizzeria in Andover PAZZO! (Where we get salads) we were so thrilled to be sitting outside in the beautiful weather just taking it all in. Thats when we were greeted by Olivia H (the owners daughter again didnt want you to forget, it means a big deal to the pazzo employees) we ordered our salads- we get the same order every time and it never failed to be scrumptiousssss! When our food arrived my meal was not prepared how I requested, no biggie! I just sent it back mistakes happen! What I dont like tho is making excuses and blaming, instead of just a simple sorry! Olivia H made sure to blame everyone in the kitchen telling me how she had nothing to do with issue and she didnt know what the cooks were doing. I found it very childish but I brushed it off. What really caught me off guard though was the return of Olivia H, three whole minutes into our meal. She kindly asked if we needed anything else before we could even form a response we were taken back when she slapped down the check and squeaked out no rush really Olivia h? No rush then why is the check in front of my face before I could swallow my leaves. Me and JILLIAN were honestly in utter disbelief. What if we wanted to dessert? What if needed a refill? What if I wanted to go box (obviously we werent gonna finish the salads too much food duh) it was a shock to us that we were being treated as a burden. At one point I thought maybe the restaurant was closing soon I checked and closing was at 9, it was 8:15 when Olivia h slammed down the check before hurrying off. Me and JILLIAN decided to brush it off and keep indulging in our salads but were sadly met with Olivia H again 3 minutes later taking our utensils away. Come on Olivia h, I know your dad is obviously pretty successful in this part of town he does own pazzo pizzeria and its one of a kind literally! But i dont think that gives you any right to treat people with disrespect. At the end of the night after much deliberation JILLIAN and I came to the conclusion that it was best if she said something to Olivia H, but Olivia shut her down and turned her back to JILLIAN before walking away. Olivia H why? Just whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyuuuyyyyyyyyyyyyyyhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy We were appalled we just knew we needed to contact management. Thats when we unfortunately spoke to crystal (again I think it was just Olivia H) I explained the issue to crystal where she kept interrupting. I cant hear you uhhh turn the volume up? At this point Im screaming in the phone crystal. I have a soar throat. Finally after I told my side of the story crystal said. Just wait. Sorry sorry? That was it? Wow youd think someone here would care. After the lack of respect of crystal as well, we asked to speak to someone higher up. We were seriously so shocked at the treatment from the workers here. Crystal then informed us she had a boss but we probbbbbbabalu wouldnt want to speak to him because Olivia h is his daughter. Crystal I know this isnt the reaction you were expecting from us but. Ok? Im not really intimidated that her dad is the pizza man crystal, i honestly still wanna talk to him. Crystal implied that treatment was different for Olivia h because of who her father is. She then declined taking our phone number and names down to receive a call back from Olivia Hs dad (the boss) her attitude was that of a 15 year old girl who cant hang out with her friends until she finishes her homework. Im shocked that is who you would allow to take on a management role. Pazzo pizza was genuinely my favorite restaurant. But today I realized its being run like a circus.
