John is/was our agent during our refinance. We were getting a new roof replaced and our insurance company (Plymouth Rock) canceled us due to our roof being damaged and some junk cars on property. We have resolved both issues before policy cancelation and when we reached out to John about it, he told us theyd probably cancel us anyway and to find a new policy. He didnt care about helping us to contact the company or resolve the issue. He also didnt return emails, which is when we had to call him. After contacting our insurance company directly, we were told he was giving us incorrect information and they didnt see a reason to cancel our policy if the issues were resolved. Dealing with John was a waste of time, 0 stars should be an option here.

The only thing this company does well is scam people. After saying my credit card could not be processed i was told to pay a higher amount and that John Cusmano would venmo me back the difference. Whaaaaa? There were many other things as well, but not worth going into. Save yourself the aggreviation and dont bother with this guy.

I have Nationwide insurance for 19 years I had to switch to this guy John Cusmano and Cathy Schiumo due to moving to Connecticut-- this was the worst experience I have ever had Cathy doesn't follow up and John is the rudest person I have ever dealt with - so Unprofessional Do Not Go to this Agency-- I have never been so upset with a company!!
