Pokemon Plug aka Nexgen Games would not refund my $200 Paradox Rift order. I charged it back through Citi. Now NG is claiming they shipped my cards to me and will not provide tracking info. I am now having to prove to citi that I cancelled my order and did not receive any cards. They've stolen $200 from me.

Honestly this could have been 3 stars , Ill share my pros and cons here for future reference. I had bought the 138$ medium mystery Pokmon box. Pros- decent variety good amount of booster packs overall fun to open, but as is the case with all booster packs Cons- shipping was dreadful all around, 80$ shipping fee then another 45$ to get it across the border to Canada all of my packs where from the newest set which was unfortunate they had left the price tag on all my boxes, showing the total price to be about 50$ below what I had paid condition was poor, many cards in my booster packs were bent pricing was incredibly deceiving as mentioned earlier with my shipping complaint, if shipping and paying the tax to get to across the Canadian border was a combined 80$ it wouldnt be bad at all, but overall I paid 138$ for the initial mystery box, and a whopping 125$ for shipping. I will post a picture of the medium boxes items, throughout all of my packs I pulled one V star vulplix with a grand value of 3$. My recommendation to people as of April 2024, go to the store and buy packs, dont put your fate in the hands of this company as it seems, not just from my experience, but others as well, that they just chuck in the newest sets like a machine, the mystery boxes have no character, youre better off going to a store buying a box, burying it with packs inside and opening it a year later. My recommendation to the store, 80$ for shipping to Canada is drastically limiting your Canadian clientele, especially if we are paying another 45$ just to get it across the border . having someone choose different packs from sets that have come out instead of shoving the most recent sets in a box and sending it on its way shows character and love for what you do & what you send, and even if someone doesnt have great pulls, having the feeling of randomization in these boxes will surely bring repeat customers. All in all, this definitely wasnt as horrible as my long list of cons made it seem to be, but with the condition of the product, the awful price point, & the shipping chaos, I cant justify buying from this place again , and cannot bring myself to give this 3 stars.
