        Had great experience when my ageing furnace stopped heating water, they sent service technician that day. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my numerous questions, only regret was I didn't get his name.

        They were pricey but i didn't mind too much. Then one day they delivered about $50 of oil that I didn't order so when I called to complain for something I didn't order they were rude and said they would come hook up to my oil lines and take oil back if i didn't pay. Fine, I paid then switched to someone else. I shouldn't have to pay for THEIR mistake, maybe double check the house number before delivering oil.
