Spoke today to a guy named Jim on Saturday March 23rd 2024 around 10am cause I was concerned with the air that my family breathes in when in the car through the automotive filter(havent changed it for a good 2yrs). All that I asked was how much it would cost to change the oil filter? Jim responded to me saying that hes kind of in the middle of something and gave me an inaccurate range. I responded calmly and called back hoping to get someone else just for this guy to pick up the phone rudely again and I was STILL PATIENT and said I (the customer) will wait for him to be finished with what I had originally thought would be a less than 1 min. He then had me on HOLD for 10 mins (LITERALLY cant make this up) he then ACTED like he was going to pick up the phone and then HUNG UP on me. I then called him back to get my simple question answered and he STILL had an attitude and then asked me what my number was to call me back(customer service tactic 101 shouldve been done in the beginning) . Im sure that the whole staff is not like this unfortunately they just made a poor choice in filling whatever you call his position.

At first I give this business a 5 star ranking. I had brought my mothers 2013 Mazda 3 in for an exhaust leak back in October. We needed the car fix because my mother was retiring and moving to Florida . After the fix not even 24 hours after completion I had to bring the car back because it was loose and rattling against the body of the car . Since the car has been in Florida it has barely been driven. I just recently took the car to Daytona for the race week . Last night I came home to grab more dry clothes because of the all the rain weve been having . Last night about 7:30pm the parts this Midas had bubble gummed together came off on 95 resulting in a five car accident! . Moments before the crash the exhaust started dragging before I was able to pull over on the 4 lanes of heavy traffic with wet road conditions the exhaust came right off . This business should had recommended a full exhaust or tell me they were unable to perform the work to Midas standards! Once I get the car back and pictures from the accident Ill post those pictures. Its 5:30 am Im just getting home from the situation that could had been avoided! Service: Exhaust
