        I tried to make copies of my house key two separate times. The first one I tried was a copy made on this exact machine. I got a specialty key and three brass copies. None of them worked. I tried a different key, this time the master key. I made two brass copies and none of THEM worked either. I was able to let the company know, and I was refunded for all of them. Because of their customer service, I give them two stars rather than one.
