I spoke to Frank about getting life insurance and he assured me he would call me on Monday. Here it is Thursday and not so much as a message. Definitely won't call him a second time . !!

Inquired to get quotes for my home and auto, and had to deal with phone calls from a very odd woman named "Joanne".  She was very hyper on the phone and called quite often with more and more questions.  What was truly bizarre was that I asked if there was a discount for teachers, and she said yes, but then called me back to verify exactly which grade I teach, since she said there is a different discount for each grade or subject or something.  Bizarre. I cannot believe that farmers has actuarial data that people who teach grade 1 might be safer than people who teach high school or something like that.  Truly odd.  Then she told me she only asked because people LIE to the insurance company and the software asks for the info to verify it so that people don't lie since "Farmers is a VERY STRICT company."  (in her words.)    Their quote was astronomical, anyway, but I wouldn't have used this agency at all because of the very odd phone calls with this woman.  yikes.
