Horrid general manager named Peter Marx. We received a call while visiting family notifying us that there was a fire somewhere in the building and that the front desks would make accomidations for us at the front desk at another hotel - which was NOT true. The pompous GM told us they will absolutely NOT do that. After a bit of arguing back and forth we got our stuff from our room and booked a hotel somewhere else. With fees around $200 it night is absolutely not worth it. Sure it is clean - enough but I would expect more for that kind of money in the middle of nowhere and not be treated like garbage. The fridge is what I would call an extra-mini mini fridge, no microwave.
Right now we are staying at another place for only $90 a night the mini fridge is full size, has a microwave and they even provide tea bags for non-coffee drinkers (only coffee here). Sure the tv here is smaller but it gets a lot more channels and it's near a bunch of other amenities, (chain) restraunts, a couple places to get drinks at within walking distance - even though they close early, but so does most everything else in the area. and the staff are actually friendly - ::gasp::.
I have stayed here several times because it's convenient when visiting the in-laws but this new hotel is only 5 minutes from here a much better value.
Edit: Oh also apparently a fire (even though I smelled no smoke) is an "Act of God", rather than negligence. Ya know, "Acts of God" like a hurricane, flood, tornado, etc...

The staff of the front desk at night was nice with professional hospitality.
The room was pretty old, several lamps were broken, and the telephone was not working. The information provided on the Agoda website mentioned microwave was included, however, there was not... . Also, the hot drinking water only provided in the morning, which was quite inconvenient during winter.

Our room was dated ie wallpaper was peeling off, needed painting, bathroom was small and not real clean. We asked for someone to unclog the bathtub and never got a response. We were there 3 nights and no one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels. Front desk people and maid services were not friendly. Very disappointing.
