Demers Exposition Services

I work in a facility that hosts conventions, offering up to 100,000+ sq. ft. of exhibitor space, and have had the misfortune of having to work with Demers on several occasions. I'm consistently dumbfounded by the incompetence of their staff that I've had to interact with. Their utter failure on the many levels of putting on a well-organized event lead me to highly recommend NOT using their services.

In September of 2020, I contacted Demers in hopes of working for them. I had prior exposition setup, concert load ins/ setups and lighting operation experience with Crew 538 in Lisbon, CT. I spoke to Jen Demers. She put me in contact with Ashley. I forwarded both my resume and introductory email. No response. I called several times from September 12 2020 to July 19 2021. No response at all. I did not communicate regularly due to the COVID pandemic. During the week of September 13 2021 I again called to express my interest in working for Demers. Again no answer at all. Do you really want to utilize or work for a company that makes a habit of ghosting its prospective employees. I don't. FORGET YOU DEMERS!!!

Scott, thank you and the Demer's Mohegan Sun team. Andy and Sheldon (I think this is his name) were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Professional, attentive to so many unseen things and exhibited a exemplary attitude in all things. Also, the gentlemen who handled power and IT was one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. My hat is off the the Demer's team. We look forward to working with you guys again!
