Walgreens - Closed

Each time I go to this place, their costomer service is so bad, they don't know how to talk to people, please don't use western union there, they let you sit and fill out forms and when you get to the register, they tell you they can't pay out any money because western union blocks them, they could at least put a sign and let you know, and when you get mad they give you attitude.

When it was a rite aid it was great but as time has gone on the service has gone downhill. The old pharmacy techs have left and there may be 1 remaining from rite aid. They always change my script to a quantity my insurance covers regardless of me requesting to pay for more fills (90 day vs 30 day. rx is actually for 90 day but pharm changes it without permission). When I pick up I have to resubmit my rx and wait to be processed accordingly. The young males that work there, 1 in particular is clueless to everything his job entails. Legit looks at you like he is baked out of his mind, which is fine but keep it at home. I needed to get a copy of my rx to go elsewhere because this place didn't have my meds in stock and had no idea when they would be arriving due to a back order. They were not helpful when i asked to transfer it elsewhere and told me I could not come in for a copy of my RX to physically take elsewhere. With a call to my dr I got a new RX called in to a new pharmacy, but not before they called walgreens and got the same attitude about transfering my RX. just go somewhere else for better customer service.
