        Front office sucks. Ana is rude with no people skills. Not sure on how she got or still has a job there. Billing is another issue. Thank goodness for Dr. Moscow, Pam, Tracy and Ashton. They are the only reason I'm still a patient with this office. Corporate needs to pay attention and either re- train or re-staff the front and billing departments.

        My family and I left the practice as it has changed from a real dental practice to a commercial company when Dr Dym left .. this is now a place where referrals are valued .. to feed the subspecialties.. Dr Dym was trustworthy and caring .. his team of hygienists were top notch and friendly. They all left !! This is not what I signed up for .. we just left tooI do not recommend this place . The current hygienists think they are dentists and try to play that role .. when the dentist does not even take time to explain what is going on after X-rays are done but sends them instead to explain the plan of care .. when a decision that costs thousands of dollars needs to be made .. I need to discuss with the dentist not with the hygienist!!Highly NOT recommended

        We love the doctors at this office they are absolutely amazing. My problem is the front desk. There is always someone new. Everytime I call to talk to someone regarding questions I get told the front desk Manager will call me but I never get a phonecall back. I feel like I have to keep begging them to get answers regarding estimates or work that needs to get done. It's frustrating to have to always feel like your not getting questions answered. Silvana should work on having better people skill she is vary cold.

        Dr. Moscow and Pam are terrific. However, the billing procedures are hideous. The front desk asks you for the balance due, you pay it and then you get a bill which does not show why you owe a balance. In order to get any answer you have to go into the office to get any response and then the staff is unhelpful
