        Ive lived here for two years and have absolutely no complaints! Affordable rent, the maintenance almost always responds promptly, close to Glastonbury and all their good food locations. Definitely a great place to live

        Its been a blessing to be able to have an affordable apartment, however it would be even better if they have all families with toddlers on the lower level. Its annoying hearing banging above me daily. Otherwise they upkeep the property pretty well.

        My Mom has lived here for almost 20 years. Until recently I have been parking here with no problem. As of late, I hear there has been way too much vandalism to vehicles. There should be much more adequate lighting for elderly like my Mom as well as the safety of all tenants and their vehicles. Today is Tuesday August 22nd 2023. My car was broken into early Monday morning. Visitors parking is pitch black. High Court and some entries dont have lighting either. Brookside, Please do better and take initiative and take care of your tenants. Provide proper lights and maybe surveillance for your parking lots and around the buildings. To be honest you are responsible for everyones safety. Please fix it.

        I've lived here 8 years.... I can say my kids love it here & as I do. Maintenance is & always been very quick & on top of things. Let's be honest anywhere u go you may hv issues, and things take time to fix. Again the maintenance men do their jobs. With Ms. Stacey on the job I can't ask for better
