I called to see if these guys would install in Rhode Island and unfortunately they don't. Why? Because they care so much about being able to service their customers effectively that they won't install past a reasonable distance where they can provide good service. The gentlemen on the phone gave me great advice and spoke with me for 10 minutes to help me get in the right direction knowing full well that there wasn't a dime to be made through me. As far as I can tell these guys will provide a level of service that is hard to find these days.

Went to Pondside seeking a woodstove to reduce energy costs. I was greeted by Jeff and a wealth of information about how to achieve that. Not only did I learn a lot, but I was introduced to a great product at a fair price with no pressure at all. Jeff also referred me to some excellent local installers. I now have a woodstove in my home and I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're in the market, I highly recommend Pondside.
