Northeast Diesel, LLC

I dropped my 04 GMC off for repair . When I received a call I expected a quote for the repair costs but instead was told that the frame was no longer safe due to rust. 3 months before an other garage had replaced the fuel filter assembly and a brake line no mention of the frame. Northeast allowed me to look at the frame and pointed out the various problems with it. I cant thank them enough for their honesty and professionalism. Bob Hughes

I just recently moved to Durham and was having an oil pressure issue with my diesel truck. Not being familiar with the area after asking around north east diesel came highly recommended. When I called they were very professional and I was informed there was a couple week waiting list since they are in such high demand! After a couple weeks I got a call back saying they could take the truck in. Dropped the truck off February 15th and had it back the next day. Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Travis through the whole process kept me updated and informed with the issue going on, turned out to just be a bad pressure sensor. It was a special order part and had it next day aired. Travis replaced that and replaced some steering comments for the truck as well. Im more than pleased with his work and professionalism very reasonably priced as well. Over all they have an outstanding business they are running and will only bring my vehicles to them for maintenance and repairs!

I had an intense electronic issue with my Cummins. Travis had it diagnosed corrected in a very short amount of time. The problem was explained very well and I felt my baby was in good hands. Will return in the future!
