Imelda and Ivan came quickly. They worked efficiently and had their mission accomplished in short order. The office administration was also very good. They responded quickly to my urgent need and got the team on my flooding issue within an hour and a half. My insurance company is happy to work directly with Servpro. That makes it easy. I recommend

We live in California but own a vacation home in CT. On New Years Day 2023 we received a call from our friend that our CT house had a waterfall coming from the ceilings inside multiple rooms. The cause, as we found out, was multiple pipe breaks in the attic. The house was flooded with 1-2 inches of water on the floor and some of the ceilings had collapsed. The good news was that our friend had visited the house on Friday and at that time there was no issue so the break was less than 48 hours old. Since it was New Years Day and us being in California we werent sure what to do. Our friend suggested we call ServPro Luciani Enterprises. They were out within an hour, got the water turned off and started to stabilize the house. Immediately the next day they continued stabilization and began damage assessment. The furniture and all personal effects had to be packed up and stored, damaged furniture had to be repaired (they had a wonderful restoration operation), water needed to be pumped out, falling ceilings needed to be brought down and walls needed to be dried out. Once demolition began, it was discovered that there was asbestos tile under the carpeting of this 1952 built house. By the time all the remediation and demolition were completed we were pretty much down to the studs. During this time they also worked as our advocate with the insurance company to assess damages and work the claim. Once all this was done, they then started all the reconstruction including code compliance, permitting, help with selection of replacement flooring, tile, cabinetry, etc. Almost all of this was done with them remotely between video tours, web calls, texts, emails and phone calls; we felt that we were only a few miles away from the house rather than across the country. What was really exceptional about our experience with ServPro was the level of service they provided. They intrinsically understood the emotion of my wife seeing her childhood home flooded and almost destroyed. They answered texts, and phone calls way after east coast hours and were incredibly responsive and empathetic both the remediation team (Mariah and Doug) and the reconstruction team (Tony and Gary). They showed every day to us that they really cared about us as people vs. just being another job, something that was so extraordinary and appreciated. They also brought in everything on budget so that our total out of pocket for the insurance claim was only the deductible (we did however do some upgrades for ourselves but these were things we wanted to do anyway and ServPros cost for these was very reasonable). While it took until end September before everything was done, the furniture was moved back in and we were able to use it again, we are extremely happy with the final results. ServPro though was excellent they did all the remediation, demo, repair and reconstruction they were wonderful and easy to work with even though we were on opposite coasts. All I can say is those ads you see on TV about ServPro really are true. We would use them again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone who has an issue like ours.
