Completed moving from one town to another. No hiccups and was very satisfied. Pick it up during a busy morning from danbury. Line was long but quickly went from 1 person behide counter to 3 and was a very easy transaction. Dropped it off in winsted with a drop box. I paid cash so I had to put a $100 deposit down. Went 1 mile over my agreed milage and was only charged the $1 for it. No problem. Although it wasn't made clear to me that they would charge $5 a gallon for the missing fuel. I should have asked but after the fact, I called about the $78 charge was told "we try to let people know" but they were very busy and did not mention it. Everything was great but if I knew I would be charge $5 per gallon of fuel, I would definitely of filled it up myself. Would use again.

Charged me 33+ dollar fro 7 gallons of gas, but the funny part is I only drove the truck 12miles, how can you possibly spent 7 gallons of gas for 12 miles?!!! Waiting for a callback from the manager or I will absolutely contact their corporate office and also the consumer affairs!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The trucks are clean and in good condition. The process is easy and efficient. The prices are reasonable. Overall, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Danbury has a good reputation and most people have had positive experiences renting trucks from this location. If you are looking to rent a truck in Danbury, I would recommend giving them a try.

Filling camper gas tank. Until today, the best U-Haul in the United States. As soon as I arrived, a very professional lady welcomed me. She had never seen a European installation like ours, but it doesn't matter, she didn't say "NO" like some idiots, she checked the possibility of filling safely, and carried out the filling propane. Thank you Madam, I really wish you the best!
