We used Bartlett for 3 years, for all tree pruning, cabling, and integrated pest management... It's sad to report that things have really fallen apart at the company recently. The local "arborist" (manager / account rep) turned over through 3 people in 3 years, and they were totally MIA on scheduled services and non-responsive when called from July-September - turns out the guy just left the company without notice, and left all his customers in this area hanging. Finally when the new arborist came out around November, he promised to "make it all right" and earn back my business, but never heard from him again. He told me when visiting that he had inherited hundreds of new accounts when the last guy left, so probably they are just too busy. Their field crews doing the services have been GREAT, but the office / admin side has gone steadily downhill. Services: Cabling and bracing, Tree trimming and pruning

Bartlett tree experts are incredible! Erik promptly got back to me when I contacted him, and was able to send an arborist out to my home to assess the safety and health of a tree I was concerned about the very next day. Sam (the arborist he sent) called me at work while he was at my house, and took the time to closely look at and discuss the specific concerns I had. He answered all of my questions, and was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. I really appreciated the fast response, the professionalism, and the solid findings backed by keen observations that I received. I would highly recommend Erik and his team at Bartlett Tree Experts!

Meet with Matthew 2/6/2020 who told me someone will come out in a week to remove the tree, he called and gave me a day, no call no show that day for the tree removal, I called the same day he told me it was starting to rain and there were bigger jobs that eventually someone will come out that he will call me in a day or so for another day the week went and never called, I called back explained my frustration on him not calling with another day and how unprofessional the company is. Its almost a month now and I have yet to hear from this company. I wouldnt recommend if you dont have several trees to be removed since my job was not big enough.
