I scheduled an appointment for pick up my dress and paid for parking waited about half an hour and the store remained closed. I called the business number multiple times and no answer. The next day I received a call to pick up my dress with no explanations and a new lady working. It was hard to communicate because no one spoke English. My dress came out decent though. I probably wont be coming back because of the inconvenience. Services: Formal wear tailoring, Alterations, Waist adjustments, Women's clothing alterations, Dress alterations

I chose Nancys Bridal Tailor at the recommendation of the dress shop where I purchased my daughters prom dress. Only some of the alterations I paid for were actually done; additionally, when I laced up the back of the dress, I discovered that one of the laces had been cut very short, and was barely enough to lace and tie. The lace is now fraying, and looks terrible. I would rate 0 stars for this shop if I could. The lace cannot be fixed, as you cant just add length. Service: Alterations
