Sunglass Hut

The guy that helps us, Nelson, was a sunglasses expert. From just a picture he could tell what size and style of sunglasses my kid wears, he cleaned each pair before letting us try on, and cleaned after. I was pleasantly surprised when we were helped by a young professional who reaaly knows their stuff.

I was sold two pairs of sunglasses under false pretense. The employee told me that the manufacturer covers way more than a do. Maui Jim’s. Store apparently offers and insurance that I was not offered so now I need to spend more money to send them to Maui Jim. I called the store manager to let them know what happened store Nelson Apparently runs the store and downstairs. Nelson was very interruptive and unhelpful. He has terrible customer service skills and his company should fire him for being such a poor person and human being. In all seriousness though if you’re going to spend a lot of money on sunglasses go buy them from somebody who stands behind their products the store is unprofessional and Rude.

Very knowledgeable staff - helpful, kind and professional. Nice surprise in this day and age of rampant incompetency.
