      • Delving Eye

        Some cute, affordable clothes but abysmal atmosphere. Lots of junky clothes on overfilled racks. No dressing rooms, and customers are NOT allowed to try on clothes in the store under any circumstances. What's up with that? As a result, there were no other customers when I was there. I bought 5 items and tried them on at Primark, since Rainbow's return policy is only 7 days, otherwise store credit is issued. How do they stay in business?
