        They say they are a Miele certified repair service, but they pick and choose which models they will repair. Miele customer service said to go to them, I am still under warranty. Drove 1/2 hour (called first), schlepped the vacuum inside only to be told "Oh, I'm sorry we don't service the "blizzard" models because they have too many problems." What? How can you be a certified dealer and not repair all models? Or how about tell me that on the phone before I waste my time. I'm pretty pissed right now. Steer clear of this place.

        Great customer service and fast! I dropped my machine off on a Saturday, with no notice given, and my machine was ready in less than a week.
