Ian and his team helped us through out mortgage and kept us informed all the way through. They're always available to talk to and go above & beyond when the need arises. During our negotiations on the house, Ian called the seller to vouch for us and support the seller's decision into accepting our bid. We appreciated this gesture tremendously!!! Highly recommend Ian as this is my second time working with him on mortgages.

I've used Evolve Bank & Trust when I bought my home 8 years ago and again when I refinanced. They are great to work with and most importantly trustworthy. Ian is wonderful and I can ask him as many questions as I like and he always willing to answer all of them. Most importantly, they were able to get me a great interest rate! You will not be disappointed working with them. UPDATE: I closed on a Heloc Loan in January of 2024. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Evolve Bank & Trust. First, when I bought my house. Second, when I refinanced. Third, when I applied for a Heloc loan. I plan to work with them again if another opportunity comes up.
