        Amazing service by Daphne, she was very helpful with our needs getting a new phone and most important she was very nice. Erick was super friendly and answered all of our questions and we had like 100 so he was very nice about it

        Very bad service. Went there on V-Day to buy my wife an iWatch, after the guy had it in his hands and I took out cash to pay for it, he told me to finance it. I said I wanted to pay it in cash full. He told me no, he said to go to the Apple Store instead. How do they let a cash paying customer go. Doesnt make sense. Very bad service.

        7 year customer of TMobile. Dont bother going in here to store. Talked to Isaak on phone yesterday 2/21/24. Wanted to take advantage of current promotion he said ask for him when I went in. Got there around 6:15 pm store closes at 8 pm. He was on break and wouldnt help me. Basically dumped me on the other employees 2 who were Jammed up with customers already. I feel bad for the other 2 employees. I would imagine any of those stores are Jammed at lunch and after people get off work. Breaks should be planned around busy times especially during promotions. Dont ever make customers feel like theyre interrupting you. Got what I wanted done with customer care on phone in 15 minutes. Two new phones and trade ins.
