      image My mom was a customer with Allstate and originally secured auto insurance through this agency. She was quoted a specific amount, and then was billed for $200 more than what she was quoted. When she eventually inquired to terminate coverage with Eliana Rosa at this office, she was given attitude. The customer service was non-existent. Eliana also demanded that my mom submit something in writing to terminate coverage. When my mom called a different location, she was easily able to cancel coverage over the phone to get a reimbursement. Do not recommend this agency at all!
