        Terrible, if I had never known that I would have trusted them to get my passport. When it was time to go and sort things out and receive the money, they gave their full attention and were super helpful, but then they barely even responded to me, it's been 3 months since I've been asking them to send my passport because I moved to another state (although on the day I made it very clear that I was going to change states, and they said there was no problem, that they would send it to me by mail) and I still don't have my passport to this day, TOTAL DISTRESS.
