Would hate to leave this place a one star, but have to because of the unfortunate circumstances. My boyfriend dropped off dress pants to be cleaned, prior to a big wedding weekend ahead. When he dropped off the pants, he was told to come back that weekend, that they would be ready by Saturday 10 AM, which was the same exact day of the wedding. It was cutting it super close but he was obviously told that it wouldnt be a problem. So Saturday 10AM comes (which was same day of the wedding), he goes to pick up the pants- the pants were sent to an entire different store, in a different city 45 min away! So for anyone reading this- you already know that is completely unacceptable! We chose this place to provide an efficient service for us, for an extremely important event and this is what they do. This place was such an inconvenience and put us in a terrible predicament where we had to go back to a store and buy a whole new pair of dress pants, all in the same day of the wedding. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
