I dont like the fact that the receptionist doesnt practice HIPPA I WENT WITH MY MOM AND ALL MY MOM, PERSONAL INFORMATION Was blatantly exposed to everyone in the waiting area. The fact that everyone in the waiting area can hear where my mom lives at and exactly what she was there for was mind boggling. Why must they speak so loud ??? THEY REALLY NEED TO RESPECT HIPPA Other than that, my mom said the technician were AMAZING. And the appointment and waiting time was QUICK.

My experience here for both breast imaging as well as a recent bone density test all been positive! I never had to wait more than a few minutes, the technician were alway helpful and friendly and made these uncomfortable procedures much more pleasant.

I read the reviews on this site and was actually nervous about attempting to make an appointment for a mammography. Since I was due for my yearly, and I know how busy the healthcare industry is now, I gave myself a cushion of time. I called the scheduling center on a Monday morning and Lauren answered the phone. She was professional and kind and quite accommodating. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and conveniently. Everyone is doing their best right now to meet the needs of their clients, patients, students, etc....a little patience, kindness, understanding, and planning ahead goes a long way.

Very difficult to schedule an appointment. For the last 2 years, I was on hold for over 5 minutes. The other issue is that they schedule out for 3-4 months for an annual screening mammogram. This is really unacceptable in this day and age. Otherwise, care is good. I complained about this over a year ago and there has been no change. Switching to another facility that will schedule within 24 hours.

I have never had anything but positive experiences at Western CT Imaging. The reception staff, the radiologists and technicians have all been professional, pleasant and patient. Medically speaking, they've served me well both when test results revealed bad as well as good news. I've had no insurance issues and I am grateful to them for early detection of a serious health issue.
