In my opinion, they just always wanted more money. Every time I went, they wanted to schedule a follow-up for a random filling or extra service that I did not. Almost felt compulsory the way things were set up. I wouldn't recommend. Very Very preventative care mindset (overly so to be honest), which if you like, then this is for you! But for the little, cosmetic things that don't physically hurt me or won't bother me, I don't need to come back for extra fillings, surgeries, and services that will just cost loads more money.

Doctor & staff are aways pleasant. Clean office, never have an issue. Dr. Gerfen is a very thorough dentist and I love that she explains everything to you. No surprises..

Dr. Gerfen took her time to listen to me and understand the problem. I had an old loose crown that did not fit well and it was causing a gum infection. The previous two dentists just ignored my complaints. Dr. Gerfen fixed it.
