This has occured 3 times now: I place an order around 7:00pm. They confirm pickup until 8pm(close). I drive 45 minutes to pick up my order. "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED". If you guys are going to close 15 minutes early now, then change your hours. You are wasting customers time and money. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me I guess. I'm a huge idiot for going a 3rd time I guess. I've chosen to not be an idiot going forward and will no longer be a patron of this business.

They only have one disabled parking space. The next seven spaces are for medical patients, all of which were full. When I (also a medical patient) got inside, there were only three people waiting for their meds. I had to park my wheelchair van at the bottom of the driveway, and of course someone blocked me in so I couldn't deploy the ramp and had to wait for them to come back and move their car. They don't have automatic doors, but fortunately other customers were there to help. The same thing happened on the way out. There used to be someone there to help. Also, I have to show my medical card twice now? It's not as easy as you think when you have limited use of your hands. It's both disappointing and a bit humiliating. Between the missing staff and the rude, thoughtless customers, I don't think I'll be returning. Oh, wait, It's the only dispensary in this part of the state. I guess monopolies don't have to think about ALL of their customers

Great service, but barely have any products even for medical patients. Other dispensaries have more and you have been around longer whats up with that? lol
