Quality Inn Cromwell - Middletown

Okay, theres a lot to unpack here. First, I would like to say that the young lady who was working when I checked out is so kind and way too good to be working for this hotel. Second, this place is a disaster Choice Hotels and Ganesha Management should be ashamed. The rooms are FALLING apart. The wall around the AC unit is moldy and the bathroom was just awful. The shower curtain was moldy and the rod was falling out of the wall because of the wall being too soft to hold it up properly. There was a huge crack in the sink, the walls in the room are covered in disgusting things that look like dead bugs and feces, the toilet was not properly installed, so every time you use the restroom the toilet moves! Last but not least is my car and many other guests cars were unfortunately broken into one evening. I understand this was not the hotels fault however, there was no cameras on that side of the building and no one in management ever even tried to help or assist in any way whatsoever. This hotel is a disgrace to an entire brand and management company. Whoever is the owner should be relieved of their duties. Rooms: Awful and dirty. Safety: Car was broken into

Stay away! Worst Quality Inn Ive ever seen. Rooms are in bad repair, this place is not up to the standards of the Comfort Inn family of hotels. I had to claim a fraudulent charge for my credit card company to get my deposit back. Why would anyone have to pay a deposit when using a credit card anyway?

Bad service, the worst of the worst is that hotel, I do not recommend it, nor spend your money on your stay because there will be a bad taste, bad service, very bad and incidentally the hotel is in bad condition. I had a very bad experience at that hotel, they didn't return my deposit because the room was dirty? What a barbarity is that, should we leave it clean for the waitresses or what? They have free breakfast and is pet friendly but dont forget to reservation first! Rooms: Not super clean but no bedbugs and not too expensive! Pet friendly! Nearby activities: Walmart and Lowes are just down the road!!!
