My eyeglass prescription was recently updated and the frame selection at the eye doctor's was limited. I decided to finally check out Eye Trade right in my hometown of Coventry.. I went in for the broader selection, which I definitely got, but what I didn't expect was to have such fabulous customer service! Sonya is like having your own personal stylist. She encouraged me to try a variety of styles and her years of experience and confidence in the field are apparent. She did not let me settle and made sure I tried on plenty of options to truly find the perfect frames. She has an eye for what works with your face shape and gives honest feedback, so you know she's not just telling you what you want to hear. Above all else, Sonya is a genuinely nice person and sincerely wants her customers to leave happy. She also is readily available for adjustments, lens cleaning and guarantees your satisfaction. She also knows that having the right lenses and the higher quality progression and coatings make a world of difference and will not sell you something you will later regret.
