The Outback Landscaping team completely transformed my backyard by installing an amazing srone patio and outdoor spa like shower. The owner, Bob was great to work with and he and Jimmy provided expert design ideas for the space. All of the team members were professional and treated my property as if it was their own. I was so impressed with all the work they did in the backyard I asked Bob if they could install a front walkway and new landscaping. They completed the additional work in the same week!! I am proud of my new spaces and have received so many positive comments from family and friends. I highly recommend this company for all stonework and landscaping needs. They met with me and went over what I wanted. Then gave me some ideas. I scheduled a time frame they showed up did the job in 2 1/2 days and 3 yrs later looks as good as the first day. Services: Yard grading, Hardscaping

I have worked with Outback for over 10 years. Bobby Ballok and his team are hard workers with a tremendous skill set in landscaping. It is a small company with less then a dozen employees. They do their best. They work 12 months a year in all conditions. Bob is the proud father of three young children and has a wonderful wife. If someone from Outback did not get back to a prospective customer timely, it is definitely unfortunate. This company does the best they can with the staff and the time they allotted in the day. Its really easy to go on Google and judge a companies performance and then give them two stars because they didnt get back to you. What you may not realize is in the past few months Bob lost his father, who ran their office and provided the support that may be these customers were looking for at the time. People should have some grace in their life and some understanding before bashing a company on Google. This Review is from Bidwell Village Condominium Association: We just want to share that we have received numerous e-mails and comments from the Owners praising your crew for the great job they are doing pruning the bushes and trees and mowing the grass. Many Owners commented how respectful, courteous, polite, professional and helpful the crew members are; the Owners were also impressed by how the crew asked what the Owner wanted pruned and listed to the Owner's requests and then did what was asked. We, the Board of Directors, agree with all the Owners have said; your crew, especially your foreman, Juan, are professional, courteous and helpful. I walked around with Juan to explain a few things we wanted done, and the crew did everything that was asked. Bidwell Village is looking very nice!
