    Unfortunately, I am writing this review after an awful experience with Scott at Coventry Motorcar. VIN: WUABWGFF9J1908070 is the car in discussion. 04/29/23: I contacted Scott from Coventry Motorcar regarding the above listed VIN. We agreed to the value on the Audi ($54,995) and the trade-in on my 2016 Cadillac ATS-V. 05/01/23: Scott provided loan rates at month terms. I asked for me a quote given the trade in and received no further response. 05/02/23: I reached out to Scott who asked if I'd like to include sales tax in the loan. I requested both sales tax in and out of the loan quotes, received no response. I sent Scott a text 7 hours later, "Any update?" I received the response "I'm sorry for the delay, we had a system issue and a bunch of our cars were priced wrong and when corrected still wrong." Scott then said "before we go too far the price is $59,995 and not $54,995." 05/03/23: I reached out to Scott as the way events have transpired did not sit well with me. From my perspective, I reached out willing to buy the car and was asked to pay more. This struck me as a bait and switch approach, which Scott vehemently denied. The lack of communication on his end was dishonest. When I said how I felt, Scott replied: "There was an error with our listing company that effected every car we had listed on 4/28, there was no fraud intended and this was not a bait and switch. If it was a bait and switch situation the car would still be listed at a lower price." However, looking at all cars they had listed on 4/28 (2021 Subaru WRX STI, 2009 Mercedes SL, 2016 Porsche Macan, 2017 Subaru Impreza, 2019 BMW X3, 2018 Audi RS3) only the car I was interested in received a price increase. I asked why was this information not communicated from the start and asked if we could make a new deal given the new price. Scott acknowledged the situation was not good, but regarding the price informed me that several other people have applied for financing at "the correct price." Lastly, I asked for the owner to give me a call as I understand sometimes things can get blown out of proportion. Unfortunately, it has been 2 days and I have heard nothing from either Scott or the owner. This is a place I would avoid doing business with.

    A giant rock from the nearby construction partially tore off the metal under panel on my car. I turned around and asked them if they could help, and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. In addition to being extremely quick and helpful, everybody was incredibly friendly. I wish I didn't live on the other side of the state, otherwise I would always come here for service. I still might from time to time, as I like their vibe a lot.

Great selection, while I went with another vehicle at another dealership, I still wanted to provide a review based on my positive experience.
