I had Andy and Ryan install a water heater. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work. Andy took the time to discuss my options and prices with me beforehand. I would be happy to go with these guys again in the future. Update: It's been over a year since the water heater installation and we have had no problems at all on that front. We had a blocked filter in the septic tank causing backup in the house today and Andy came at 7pm on a Saturday, identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour, and for cheaper than I would have thought. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Service: Water heater installation

Called Rapid Service about a failed sump pump. They replaced both old pedestal pumps with submersible pumps and corrected the discharge pipes. Andy and Ryan did a great job. Looks great and I no longer have to worry about freezing pipes outside. They are knowledgeable and precise in the work they do. Would highly recommend.

In the worst-case scenario, be ready to pay the $89 and dismiss their services One year later, having paid less than half of the initial quote, I sought assistance from another company and they successfully resolved the problem
