Good Morning Sam. As I explained what I thought happened with 2 invoices not being merged prior to you checking out being an oversight by my team member and it was inadvertently not paid for. I never said you intentionally or unintentionally walked out without paying. The transaction we were looking at was for a purchase made in the shop and not online so I'm confused where you believe PayPal comes into play for this transaction. We accept PayPal for online purchases only. I did see you holding on to a yellow receipt which is the color of our in shop receipts but you never presented it to me nor did I ask to see it. It wasn't necessary as I had a copy of the in shop purchase receipt in front of me on the computer. You agreed that the other items on your receipt were purchased that day including some spools of ribbon which we do not sell online. Your husband was quite adamant that it wasn't your type of fabric to purchase anyway. Had you mentioned that you did make a purchase on our website, I would have been able to investigate the purchase and rectify any issue quickly. I understand it wasn't until you came back in the shop a few hours later, that you showed one of my team members a PayPal receipt for the 2 yards in question which you received and we failed to total out your order. A total miscommunication between you and us is the result of you being upset with us. I want to apologize for not receiving all the information when I was taking care of you in the shop. I can understand and appreciate your frustration. With the correct information, I'm glad we were able to quickly investigated the online purchase made with PayPal and refunded your duplicate purchase. I wish you the best in your future crafting/quilting endeavors and hope in time you will come back to support us as you have done for many years. Cheryl
