Amanda knows her stuff. After rescuing a young pitty, he showed no aggression but had really bad habits that led to his behavior being tough to handle. Amanda took charge and in a few weeks had him lined out with a training schedule. Pretty awesome changes and he is showing more of his sweet side rather than stress response. Ya'll did exactly what he needed and helped train me to be a better owner.

We had a one-on-one leash training session with Sadhana. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and we were amazed how quickly we were able to make progress with our dog! We are so satisfied with our training session, and have felt prepared to continue the training on our own with Sadhanas thoughtful advice and follow up email. We hope to be able to bring our dog in for doggie day soon!

Everyone at Gagnon's is warm and professional, and will do all they can to ensure our dogs will be well-cared for. Kelly is an excellent groomer, and we truly appreciate her handling of our elderly shih tzu! Dan Ruffo

We usually board our dog here. This visit was for grooming. Very pleased with both aspects. We also took her here for training when she was still a pup. Great staff, facilities very clean, and John is a great guy!

Knowledgeable and helpful, kind staff. Sadhana was very helpful during our home session with advice on how to handle multiple situations. My dog has responded well and we are very happy with the progress!
