Their 'services' in Willimantic are an offensive, incompetent joke. Out of a parking lot in a fallen down rotten strip mall. Always starts late, often an hour late. Miserable tin-dictators and legitimate morons make up their staff. Some of these participation prize winners get paid for this???

Joined this team excited because I truly aligned with their values and missions. Unfortunately, they were the very opposite of what they preached. Sad to see employees so intimidated by their higher ups. Times have changed, if you see something thats wrong- SPEAK UP. Advocate for your clients. We are there for them. Hope to see this organization clean up their management and protocols. I wasn't even there two weeks and I am pretty sure I went to every staff within the company to get a very simple & necessary service for a client. Big disappointment to see so many opportunities for the mental health system to improve while everyone sits around silent and makes protocols and promotions their priority. Best of luck.

if youre looking for a job RUN away from this company. discriminated against for being pregnant, supervisor lied about job duties, told me if i had known you were pregnant i wouldnt have hired you proceeded to lie more about job performance, when i contacted HR to file a report i got no return phone calls from HR only upper management who clearly had biased opinions already, lied to protect Nancy Perrie who constantly tells clients to shut up also told me dont report me absolutely horrible place to work. sloppy, & discriminatory.

Where do I start? Hired as a RI at first. I love the service that I brought to the table, which made my clients life better each and everyday. My two years at ASI (2019-2021) I had a great manager, that encouraged me to move up. Ever since I left her wing, and went into management. I saw a different side of ASI, that was shady and didn't fit the CORE VALUES, they portray to have. Upper Management is ALLOVER the place and very messy.. THEY NEVER STICK TO ONE RULE. Which makes it hard for you as Manager to lay out their policies. Overworked, and underpay, understaff. As an eager young adult that wanted to create a career path with this company, it made me feel more over whelmed and stressed. Never felt like it was team work. Every manager did things differently, when I used other peoples blue print to up-hold manager duties, I was fired for something that they never explained to me as a manager. Btw I fail to mention I Never had a write-up If looking for a job! Go at your own risk.
