        Been a customer for prob 10years. Very convenient for me if I need something close by. Always answer phone & get answers quickly. If you do have to leave a message they actually do call you back within 15min or so. Good people

        After building a home last year, I contacted Paul & Colleen to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Colleen asked all the right questions to make sure we were fully covered, and their pricing came in lower than competitor pricing, by a significant amount (also received within hours of providing her with information!). Because of the excellent customer service, I asked for them to provide pricing for auto policies as well. With several vehicles, and 2 teen drivers, pricing still came in lower than what we were paying for a policy we'd had for 20 years (with no reduction of coverage). Needless to say, my experience working with Paul and Colleen has been awesome. They are timely and thorough, and I have confidence in knowing they're a phone call and quick answer away when I have questions. I have since sent friends and family members their way, and they've all had a similar experience. Highly recommend!

      I’m sorry you feel this way. Please give us a call so we can discuss why we left this impressionUnfortunately, not everybody’s eligible for insurance with every carrier based upon dept of motor vehicle regulations driving histories claim activity payment histories, so on and so forth that’s not a decision we get to make at the agency level, but how we our underwriting guidelines are filed with the department of insurance
