        I ordered a Deluxe Designer Bouquet for my mom's 82nd via Ava's Flowers, designed by this local florist "The Enchanted Vines." It' looks like the small size, not the medium, not the large, especially not the Deluxe size as ordered which per the pic looks like a huge round bouquet. Total came to $100+. Still waiting for a florist with integrity who can deliver what the pics look like. Not $kimp on the flower$ leaving the recipient'$ di$appointed.

      Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. Like you said, the order was placed through the online service Ava’s Flowers. Unfortunately, the individual florist has no idea what the customer ordered with the online service. The only instructions given to the individual florist is from the online service, and that is the only thing that the florist is able to follow when making the order. Additionally, the amount paid was to the online service, and the individual florist only receives a fraction of that amount. We encourage everyone to order directly through the store. This can be done by stopping by, calling, or through Facebook. We, The Enchanted Vines, pride ourselves on having all 5-star reviews from the customers that order directly from the store.
